Beginning Sunday, February 16th, 2025 the 2-hour workshop will be a repeat of the themes/topics from the two Tuesdays before. This is a great alternative for individuals unable to make the workshop in the middle of a workday. You are not required to attend all workshop sessions. Date/time/frequency may change. Monthly themes include topics such as: Emotional Regulation, Setting and Keeping Boundaries, Self-Care, and more! You’ll be reminded of things you already know and learn new tools while gaining new perspectives on common mental/emotional wellness topics.
